PHS Autohaus is the Malaysian retail arm of Porsche Holding Salzburg (PHS), one of Europe's largest and most successful automotive distributors. Operating the Volkswagen Puchong 5S Centre since 2019, the company caters to Volkswagen owners with a wide range of services, including sales, after-sales support, accident repair, body and paint services, diagnostics, and major repairs. The state-of-the-art facility spans 10,900m², featuring 15 working bays for general repairs, 9 bays for body and paint, and a showroom displaying up to 15 cars. Volkswagen Puchong also offers Das WeltAuto, a trusted global certified used car program for customers seeking pre-owned vehicles.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Intern to support our marketing activities and 

gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry. This role offers exposure to social media 

management, campaign execution, and event coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain PHS Autohaus social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, 

and TikTok. 

• Assist in planning and producing weekly social media content aligned with marketing campaigns. 

• Support the Marketing Department in administrative tasks, such as Purchase Order (PO) 

creation. 

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and campaigns. 

• Support website updates and ensure content accuracy and relevance. 

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or 

any related field. 

• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing. 

• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) is an advantage. 

• Good written and verbal communication skills. 

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 

• Able to commit for a minimum internship period (3-6 months).
