Job Scope and Objective
1. Influencer Identification and Recruitment

Research and identify influencers, KOLs, and content creators (nano, micro, mid, and macro) relevant to the brand and target audience.
●
Maintain a comprehensive database of potential and existing influencers.
●
Initiate collaborations and build long-term relationships with KOLs.
2. Relationship Building and Management with Influencers
●
Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, ensuring they are well-supported and aligned with the brand's vision.
●
Organize regular engagement activities such as PR Gifts, events, and meet-and-greets.
3. Campaign Planning and Execution
●
Plan and execute campaigns involving KOLs, ensuring they convey the brand's key messages.
●
Collaborate with the marketing team to design creative briefs and provide influencers with clear campaign guidelines and timeline.
●
Ensure influencers deliver content that adheres to brand messaging, tone, and visual aesthetics.
4. Content Coordination and Approval
●
Oversee influencer-generated content to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with brand identity and guidelines.
●
Coordinate product seeding efforts, including shipping products, crafting unboxing experiences, and providing usage guidelines..
●
Provide agreement to influencers
5. Performance Tracking and Campaign Reporting
●
Track media coverage and public sentiment.
●
Monitor influencer campaigns across platforms (e.g., social media, blogs) to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI from their insights to measure success.
