Define and maintain Atome's brand identity, tone of voice, and creative standards across products
Lead the strategy and execution of projects to increase the user base and market penetration.
Localise marketing content and messaging across all Atome products to ensure cultural relevance and market fit
Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline touchpoints
Collaborate with creative partners (agencies, freelancers) for content, design, and video production needs
Social Media & Influencer Marketing
Own social media strategy and content execution across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, etc)
Develop and manage an Influencer Marketing program, identifying and partnering with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive brand trust and social proof.
Engage and grow the online community through relevant, timely, and conversational storytelling.
Support platform and partnership campaign amplification, product education, and brand storytelling
Educational Content Strategy
Design and execute a Content Strategy aimed at simplifying complex fintech concepts (e.g., BNPL) for the general public.
Create top-of-funnel educational assets that empower users and establish Atome as a thought leader.
Support product education to ensure users understand key value propositions and financial responsibility.
Loyalty Program
Lead the management of Atome's loyalty and rewards program to drive long term brand affinity
Design loyalty initiatives that support user acquisition, repeat usage, and long-term retention
Partner with CRM and BI teams to track user engagement metrics and personalize the rewards experience.
Develop and manage loyalty partnerships with strategic partners (e.g. shopping malls/ lifestyle hubs) to enhance brand presence and provide exclusive rewards for Atome users
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Regional Creative team and Partnership & Customer Lifecycle Lead to align brand and lifecycle initiatives
Coordinate with BI to analyze the impact of brand awareness and content sentiment on overall growth.
Align with Account Management, Operations, and relevant teams to reflect key value propositions in brand initiatives
People Management
Manage, mentor, foster a collaborative and performance-driven team culture aligned with company values
Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support the team's professional development
Requirements
6–10 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign planning, or integrated marketing in fintech, tech, e-commerce, or consumer platforms
Demonstrated success in building brands through social media growth and influencer-led campaigns.
Proven track record in managing brand positioning, creative direction, and multi-channel communication strategies
Strong experience in managing social content, creative production, and paid campaign execution
Strong leadership and people management skills; able to lead cross-functional teams and external partners
Data-literate; comfortable using analytics and BI tools to evaluate marketing performance
Strong understanding of Malaysian consumer segments, culture, and content localisation practices
Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an advantage
