Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist based in Georgetown, combining in-office presence with remote work flexibility. Open to Johor or KL based candidates. The role involves conducting market research, developing and executing marketing strategies, generating and qualifying leads, building robust relationships with clients/partners, strategising & executing marketing activities and delivering exceptional customer service to clients and partners. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Proficiency in conducting Market Research and omni channel marketing (digital to in-person activities) to identify opportunities, trends, and target audiences.
• Experience in crafting and executing effective Marketing Strategies to meet business objectives.
• Sales acumen, particularly in lead generation, prospecting, and conversion tactics.
• Proactive and self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus.
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but also open to technical background.
