We are entering our next phase of growth: scaling to 100 stores across Southeast Asia, building the region's dominant omnichannel electronics platform。
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who thinks like a growth operator and is not afraid to get their hands dirty - not a traditional marketer.
The Mission
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Performance Marketing
• Lead paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok and marketplaces.
• Optimise CAC, ROAS and LTV continuously.
• Run rapid A/B testing experiments.
• Build performance dashboards and weekly KPI reviews.
• Drive measurable revenue impact.
Retail & Expansion Marketing
• Launch new store openings with high-impact campaigns.
• Execute geo-targeted promotions to dominate catchment areas.
• Build foot traffic strategies that convert.
Omnichannel & E-Commerce Growth
• Optimise website and marketplace conversion funnels.
• Implement CRM, retention and remarketing systems.
• Work with internal tech/data teams to improve attribution and insights.
Brand Positioning
• Position 3cat as the leading premium pre-owned electronics platform.
• Craft bold, differentiated campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency at scale.
Requirements
• 5 - 8 years of marketing experience with strong performance marketing background.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, not just engagement.
• Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset (CAC, LTV, ROAS, cohort analysis).
• Retail, e-commerce or multi-outlet marketing experience preferred.
• Scale-up experience strongly preferred (high-growth expansion environments).
• Startup or venture-backed company experience advantageous.
