We are looking for a Marketing Manager - After Sales to lead after-sales marketing initiatives for our Commercial Vehicle business, working closely with dealers to drive performance, customer retention and overall growth across the network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement service marketing strategies to support after-sales growth across the dealer network.
- Plan and manage service campaigns, parts promotions and maintenance programs to support dealers in driving after-sales business.
- Work closely with dealer partners to ensure effective implementation of national service marketing initiatives.
- Develop customer engagement initiatives targeting fleet operators to encourage repeat servicing within the authorised dealer network.
- Support promotion of maintenance packages, service contracts and value-added after-sales programs for commercial vehicle customers.
- Monitor dealer after-sales performance and campaign effectiveness, identifying opportunities to improve service retention and parts sales.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to strengthen service offerings and customer value proposition.
- Collaborate with sales, parts and dealer development teams to align service initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Prepare reports and insights on campaign performance and dealer after-sales trends for management review.
- Promotional campaign design is creation using Daimler / MFTBC format and standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Automotive or related field.
- At least seven (7) years of relevant experience in marketing or after-sales, preferably within the Automotive or Commercial Vehicle industry.
- Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong presentation skills.
- Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of after-sales operations and dealer network environment will be an advantage.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives across dealer network.
