Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a Manager, Go-To-Market & Growth to support and execute Axrail's go-to-market initiatives for mid-market SMEs and growing organisations (SCALE segment).

This role sits within the Marketing function, but works closely with sales, delivery, and leadership teams. It is designed for someone who is hands-on, execution-oriented, and commercially curious, and who wants to grow into a broader GTM or product-marketing role over time.

This is not a traditional sales role and not a pure branding role. Instead, it sits at the intersection of marketing execution, product positioning, and early-stage commercial engagement.

What You'll Be Working On:

You will support the go-to-market execution for two key offerings:

1. Train Your Workforce with AI

Hands-on workshops that help business users learn to use no-code AI automation tools; specifically AWS QuickSuite platform.

2. Create Your Workforce with AI

A Digital Worker marketplace where startups and SMEs can adopt out-of-box SaaS AI Agents as an alternative to traditional hiring.

These offerings are designed to create scalable demand, inbound interest, and follow-on opportunities for Axrail's broader services.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-To-Market & Marketing Execution

  • Design go-to-market initiatives for Axrail's AI workforce offerings
  • Execute campaigns, programs, workshops, and outreach targeting SMEs
  • Help refine messaging, use cases, and target segments
  • Coordinate timelines, content, and campaign execution across channels

Demand Generation & Pipeline Support

  • Support inbound lead handling and early-stage qualification
  • Track leads, engagement, and basic pipeline movement
  • Work with sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and follow-up
  • Participate in selected customer conversations, workshops, or demos

Product & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams to understand offerings, pricing, and delivery
  • Provide feedback from the market to improve packaging and positioning
  • Support ecosystem or partner-led initiatives where applicable

What Success Looks Like:

  • Consistent execution of GTM initiatives
  • Increased inbound enquiries from SMEs and growth-stage companies
  • Offline & Online activities leading to follow-on service conversations
  • Clear, consistent messaging around Axrail's AI workforce offerings
  • Strong collaboration with internal sales and delivery teams

Who We're Looking For:

Experience:

  • 47 years experience in B2B marketing, growth, or commercial roles
  • Experience supporting go-to-market, campaigns, or demand generation
  • Exposure to technology, SaaS, cloud, AI, or digital services is a plus

Skills & Attributes:

  • Hands-on, organised, and execution-focused
  • Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple initiatives
  • Curious about AI, automation, and business transformation
  • Able to communicate clearly with both internal teams and customers
  • Motivated to grow into a broader GTM or product-oriented role
