Role Overview
The Marketing Manager for Southeast Asia will be responsible for shaping and delivering a comprehensive, end-to-end marketing strategy across the region. This role focuses on strengthening brand presence, driving customer engagement, and supporting commercial growth through data-driven, ROI-focused marketing initiatives.
Working closely with regional and local stakeholders across multiple SEA markets, the role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage both on-site and remote marketing execution. The position plays a critical role in enhancing brand equity, supporting sales performance, and positioning the organization as a leader in sustainability, innovation, and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated 360 marketing strategies for SEA, covering brand positioning, communications, digital marketing, PR, events, and customer engagement.
- Ensure regional marketing plans align with global and AMEA strategies, priorities, and brand guidelines.
- Localize global campaigns to suit individual SEA markets while maintaining creative and brand consistency.
- Drive brand awareness and visibility across SEA through targeted campaigns, media exposure, and industry partnerships.
- Position the brand as a market leader in sustainable solutions, innovation, and advanced digital technologies.
- Oversee brand compliance across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, CRM campaigns, marketing automation, SEO, and website content management.
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, website traffic, and campaign ROI.
- Enhance customer experience across events, digital platforms, sales tools, and marketing communications.
- Develop impactful marketing assets to support sales teams in pipeline acceleration and conversion improvement.
- Plan and manage regional exhibitions, events, and customer workshops across SEA markets.
- Collaborate with local teams to ensure effective on-ground execution, with many activities coordinated remotely.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to strengthen market positioning in key segments.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Digital, HR, and Communications teams.
- Manage external agencies, partners, and vendors across the SEA region.
