Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute marketing communication plans to support product launches, events, and corporate updates; Maintain marketing collateral, presentations, and digital content.
  2. Coordinate company participation in existing and new opportunities; Plan and co-attend external exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events with partners; Organize internal and partner-led events to strengthen brand visibility.
  3. Keep marketing assets, tools, and materials updated, accessible, and compliant with corporate and partner requirements; Create case studies, newsletters, and social media content showcasing company achievements and partner collaborations.
  4. Track, manage, and report MDF usage; Collaborate with Finance and the Strategic Office to ensure accurate fund allocation and reimbursement.
  5. Ensure all campaigns and marketing materials comply with branding and approval processes; Submit assets and campaigns for review when required.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with media, industry associations, and community partners; Draft and release press statements, announcements, and corporate communications aligned with company and partner messaging; Support the creation of success stories.
  7. Work closely with Partner Management, Sales, and Engineering teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals; Report marketing KPIs, event ROI, and brand performance to the Strategic Office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years in marketing, MARCOM, or partner marketing roles, preferably within technology, data center, or semiconductor sectors.
  • Experience with partner-led marketing programs is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of MDF management, partner marketing compliance, and event coordination.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems for tracking marketing activities.
  • Strong project management and analytical reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing abilities.
  • Creative, proactive, detail oriented, and highly organized.
  • Strong cross-team collaboration and partner relationship-building skills.
