Develop and execute marketing communication plans to support product launches, events, and corporate updates; Maintain marketing collateral, presentations, and digital content.
Coordinate company participation in existing and new opportunities; Plan and co-attend external exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events with partners; Organize internal and partner-led events to strengthen brand visibility.
Keep marketing assets, tools, and materials updated, accessible, and compliant with corporate and partner requirements; Create case studies, newsletters, and social media content showcasing company achievements and partner collaborations.
Track, manage, and report MDF usage; Collaborate with Finance and the Strategic Office to ensure accurate fund allocation and reimbursement.
Ensure all campaigns and marketing materials comply with branding and approval processes; Submit assets and campaigns for review when required.
Develop and maintain relationships with media, industry associations, and community partners; Draft and release press statements, announcements, and corporate communications aligned with company and partner messaging; Support the creation of success stories.
Work closely with Partner Management, Sales, and Engineering teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals; Report marketing KPIs, event ROI, and brand performance to the Strategic Office.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
5+ years in marketing, MARCOM, or partner marketing roles, preferably within technology, data center, or semiconductor sectors.
Experience with partner-led marketing programs is highly preferred.
Knowledge of MDF management, partner marketing compliance, and event coordination.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems for tracking marketing activities.
Strong project management and analytical reporting capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing abilities.
Creative, proactive, detail oriented, and highly organized.
Strong cross-team collaboration and partner relationship-building skills.
