Role Purpose
Results-driven Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing strategic brand plans to drive product growth and market share. Partners with cross-functional teams to deliver effective marketing campaigns, product launches, and lifecycle management across assigned therapeutic areas. Focuses on data-driven insights, stakeholder engagement, and compliance to achieve strong commercial performance in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Planning & Brand Management
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth and achieve business objectives across assigned therapeutic areas.
- Lead product lifecycle management including pre-launch, launch and post-launch strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities through market trend analysis and competitor insights.
Market Analysis & Business Insights
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer insights to optimize brand performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
Cross- Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and Market Access teams to ensure aligned execution of brand strategies.
- Support integrated planning to ensure strong commercial execution.
Campaign & Digital Marketing Execution
- Develop and oversea promotional campaigns, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Drive omnichannel marketing initiatives including digital engagement, events and HCP communications.
Stakeholder & Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), KOLs and internal stakeholders.
- Support scientific and brand engagement activities.
Budget & Performance Management
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure optimal ROI and resource allocation.
- Track performance and ensure delivery of commercial objectives.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies, industry regulations and healthcare compliance standards.
Academic, Experience & Knowledge Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Sciences or related field with business and/or marketing experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management and product lifecycle management across assigned therapeutic areas.
- Pharmaceutical sales experience is considered a strong advantage for this role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product growth and market share.
- Experience in product launches, pre-launch planning and prost-launch performance optimization.
- Strong collaboration with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and Market Access teams to ensure successful commercial execution.
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns, omnichannel initiatives, and healthcare professional (HCP) engagement.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer insights to support business decisions.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken) with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Words, Excel, Power Point).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong expertise in strategic brand planning and product lifecycle management.
- Skilled in engaging healthcare professional (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, compliance and ethical promotion practices.
- Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills.
- Budget management and ROI optimization skills.
