The Role
- You'll lead and build CBC's and the Founders public presence across all available channels - shaping how we are seen by investors, partners, and talent.
- You will also oversee the high-level public positioning of CBC's related businesses, ensuring consistency and compliance across all communications.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute marketing strategies that build trust and interest among high-net-worth individuals and investors seeking exposure to digital assets, equities, and other asset classes.
- Build and manage the Founder's personal brands - shaping their online presence, voice, and content to reflect the company's ethos and direction.
- Oversee video-led storytelling - from founder features and explainers to short-form social content
- Manage content calendars, ad budgets, and analytics to ensure campaigns are on-brand, compliant, and effective.
- Prepare clear briefs and manage creative vendors - designers, editors, and agencies
- Maintain an up-to-date repository of marketing assets, templates, and brand guidelines.
- Ensure brand alignment and communication consistency across CBC and its related businesses.
Who Are You
- You have at least 6 years of hands-on experience across all areas of digital marketing - from budgeting and keywords to performance management.
- You've seen performance marketing peak and know how to find cheaper, smarter ways to grow.
- You stay ahead of trends and are always finding ways to take advantage of them.
- You have a good eye for design and understand how to speak to high-net-worth individuals.
- You're honest with yourself, always learning, and constantly improving your craft.
Skills
- Strong foundation in branding, performance marketing, and creative content.
- Proficient across LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Skilled in storytelling, video production, and campaign management.
- Excellent taste and visual judgment.
- Organised, analytical, and confident managing budgets, vendors, and timelines.
Extra Credits
- Experience marketing financial, crypto, or investment products.
- Exposure to premium or luxury brands.
- Portfolio showcasing strong video, social, or campaign work.
- Familiar with storytelling for founders or thought leaders.
