Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the Malaysian audience.
• Create, adapt, and oversee content across social media platforms.
• Identify and onboard new partners, influencers, and content creators.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics (CTR, CPM, ER, conversions).
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to align messaging with business goals.
• Provide regular performance reports to management.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Malay (written and spoken, mandatory).
• English at a working level.
• 1+ year of experience in marketing, SMM, or digital advertising.
• Confident use of Google Sheets/Excel and Google Analytics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
