Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Own SodaXpress brand positioning, messaging, and visual consistency across all channels.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Ensure strong brand presence across digital, retail, trade, and event touchpoints.
E-Commerce & Digital Performance
- Lead e-commerce strategy across owned platforms and marketplaces.
- Drive online revenue through campaign planning, conversion optimisation, and promotional mechanics.
- Manage paid media performance (Meta, Google, marketplaces) with clear ROI tracking.
- Analyse sales and marketing data to improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
Social Media & Content
- Develop and manage social media strategy and content calendars.
- Oversee content creation, influencers, and community engagement.
- Monitor platform performance and optimise content for reach, engagement, and conversion.
Events, Activations & Partnerships
- Plan and execute brand events, trade shows, caf activations, and product demos.
- Manage partnerships with cafs, F&B operators, distributors, and collaborators.
- Ensure all events are on-brand, on-budget, and results-driven.
B2B Marketing Support
- Develop marketing materials and programs to support caf and F&B customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to support key accounts and distributor marketing initiatives.
Budget, Agency & Team Management
- Own the marketing budget and ensure efficient spend across channels.
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and vendors (creative, media, influencers, events).
- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and present performance insights to management.
Requirement
- Minimum 58 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, consumer appliances or F&B-related industries.
- Proven experience managing brand, e-commerce, digital marketing, and events.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and analytics.
- Experience working with agencies, influencers, and external partners.
