About the role
The Marketing Manager will lead the strategic development and commercial execution for our FMCG health supplement and dermatologist-vetted skincare portfolios. This role requires a unique blend of creative brand-building and rigorous scientific compliance. The successful candidate will translate consumer insights into high-impact marketing calendars, oversee digital acceleration, manage budgets meticulously, and collaborate across functions to ensure all product claims strictly adhere to regional regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities include:
Strategic planning and Brand Leadership
- Lead the annual omni‑channel marketing calendar across launches, campaigns, and promotions.
- Analyse market and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and competitive risks.
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure clear, compelling USPs across supplement and derma lines.
Digital Marketing & Content Strategy
- Drive digital marketing across social, search, programmatic, and performance channels.
- Oversee impactful, educational content and manage expert‑led KOL/influencer partnerships.
Regulatory & Claim Compliance
- Partner with Regulatory Affairs to validate all marketing materials and product claims.
- Ensure all health and cosmetic claims meet local regulations while maintaining creative impact.
Financial ownership & Performance Analysis
- Own the A&P budget and allocate spend across digital, trade, and PR.
- Deliver accurate commercial forecasts in partnership with Sales and Supply Chain.
Desired Skills And Experience
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. A background or secondary qualification in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology is a highly regarded advantage.
- 5–8 years of progressive marketing experience within the FMCG, Health Supplement, or Over-The-Counter (OTC) / Derma Skincare sectors. Minimum 5 years in a managerial or assistant managerial capacity.
- Solid understanding of the regulatory landscape governing wellness supplements and cosmetic notifications.
- Highly analytical mindset with proficiency in P&L tracking, commercial formulas, and digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.).
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership, strong communication skills to bridge commercial goals with strict regulatory frameworks, and agility in navigating fast-moving consumer trends.
