About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager / Marketing Lead to take full ownership of Restosuite's marketing function in Singapore and Malaysia.
This role is not a pure strategy role. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising marketing activities end-to-end, including content creation, campaign execution, lead generation, partner marketing, and event / exhibition support.
You will work closely with Singapore & Malaysia Head of Sales, Channel Manager, and Product teams to generate qualified leads, strengthen brand presence, and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Own and execute the Singapore & Malaysia marketing plan, aligned with business and revenue goals
Translate high-level objectives into practical, executable campaigns
Balance brand building with lead generation and sales support
Content & Digital Marketing (Hands-on)
Create and manage marketing content requirements, including:
Sales decks and one-pagers
Case studies and success stories
EDMs and campaign materials
Website content
Manage social media and digital channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook/Ins, Google, XiaoHongShu and other industry platforms)
Coordinate simple design work (in-house or with freelancers/agencies)
Manage Whatsapp business accounts for both Singapore and Malaysia for new feature broadcasting
Ensure content is relevant to:
F&B operators
Enterprise chains
Channel partners
Lead Generation & Campaign Management
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns, including:
Digital ads (where applicable)
Content-driven campaigns
Webinar or seminar campaigns
Track, qualify, and report on marketing leads
Work closely with Sales to ensure lead quality and follow-up
Optimise campaigns based on performance data
Channel & Partner Marketing Support
Support channel partners with:
Co-marketing materials
Joint campaigns
Event support
Create partner-ready assets to help partners sell Restosuite solutions
Coordinate with Channel and Sales teams on go-to-market initiatives
Events, Exhibitions & Offline Marketing
Plan and execute:
Industry events
Trade shows
Partner or customer events
Manage logistics, materials, and follow-up for events
Support Enterprise Sales with targeted account-based marketing activities
Marketing Operations & Reporting
Manage marketing tools, assets, and vendor coordination
Track marketing KPIs such as:
Leads generated
Campaign performance
Conversion support for Sales
Prepare simple performance reports for management
Manage marketing budget and spending efficiency
Requirements
47 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in:
SaaS
POS
F&B tech
Retail / hospitality technology
Strong hands-on execution capability (content, campaigns, coordination)
Experience supporting sales-driven marketing and lead generation
Comfortable working independently with minimal hierarchy
Familiar with digital marketing tools and basic analytics
Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin; Malay is a plus
Organised, proactive, and results-oriented
