We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead the growth of the GoHub application. This role is focused on scaling user acquisition, improving conversion, and driving repeat usage through data-driven strategies and high-impact campaigns. Working closely with Product, Operations, and external partners, you will play a key role in shaping the customer journey and unlocking new revenue opportunities in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the growth of the GoHub application, including downloads, user activation, and overall usage.
- Optimize the full customer journey, including application installation, booking process, and conversion performance.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including promotional, seasonal, and event-based initiatives, to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
- Manage and improve digital acquisition channels such as social media advertising, search engine marketing, and travel-related platforms.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as cost per acquisition, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with the Product team to enhance user experience, including booking flow, payment process, and adoption of key features.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships, including bundled offerings and cross-promotional initiatives.
- Implement customer retention strategies, including loyalty programmes, promotional incentives, and customer engagement campaigns, while tracking performance and driving data-informed decisions.
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in performance marketing, including platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Proficient in funnel optimisation and conversion tracking
- Experience in campaign management, reporting, and marketing analytics
- Hands-on experience in customer relationship management and lifecycle marketing
- Exposure to partnership and channel marketing initiatives

- Proven track record in driving measurable growth in revenue and customer acquisition
- Experience managing both online and offline marketing channels
