About The Job
- This role carries responsibility for the marketing of key assets within a high-end Retail/F&B and property investment portfolio. The primary focus is A&P and Events Activation, using a place management approach to drive visitation, grow revenue, and improve brand awareness by engaging the surrounding community.
- Events Activation & Management: Propose and execute high-impact community events and outreach initiatives to grow visitation and generate venue revenue.
- A&P & Tenant Activation: Develop and implement innovative advertising and promotional (A&P) ideas in collaboration with 30+ premium F&B and retail tenants to attract visitors and support their business welfare.
- Venue Marketing: Actively market premium event spaces within the portfolio by developing marketing materials and sourcing strategic event partners.
- Crowd Engagement: Launch and manage community outreach initiatives to build strong relationships with local residents, patrons, and neighborhood partners.
- Asset Growth Strategy: Develop and implement marketing ideas to maximize occupancy for Grade A office buildings, coworking spaces, and new F&B elements.
- Digital Hype & Creative: Oversee the creation of cool digital/social media assets and ads to amplify physical activations and maintain brand relevance.
- Market Trends: Conduct regular research on lifestyle and industry trends to ensure A&P activities remain exciting and relevant for the neighborhood
Skills And Experience Required
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Event Management, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a marketing management environment.
- At least two years of experience specifically within a retail, F&B, or lifestyle-related industry.
- Proven track record in spearheading promotional activities and launching community initiatives.
- A strong passion for artisan market curation and lifestyle-driven event programming.
- Exceptional communication and persuasive ability to build lasting relationships with tenants, brand partners, industry professionals, and journalists.
- Highly disciplined and able to work independently as a sole contributor.Minimum of 10 years of experience in a marketing management environment.
