Role Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and growing the DFI Health & Beauty Direct Business, developing and executing brand marketing and communications strategies for assigned portfolio brands. The ideal candidate will drive brand growth through effective planning, cross-functional collaboration, and market execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth DFI Direct Business
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for DFI Health & Beauty Direct Business portfolio brands in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Brunei, driving awareness, conversion and loyalty
- Collaborate with sales and operation team and internal stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives
- Manage marketing budget and allocate effectively to achieve brands objectives
Brand Marketing
- Initiate and implement 360 strategic marketing plan across channels, including digital, print and social media
- Collaborate and interact with brand principals to algin on marketing strategies, share best practices and localize content
- Manage marketing agencies to deliver brands marketing objectives
- Plan and coordinate participation in events, roadshows, and other on-ground marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and consumer outreach
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance
- Conceptualize and execute consumer engagement programs and loyalty initiatives to build long-term brand affinity and retention
- Work with sales & operations to develop online offer, enhance product visibility, and improve digital customer experience
