Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive to execute marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia, with potential exposure to East Asian markets including China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, and South Korea. This role is focused on implementation and is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

  • Implement marketing campaigns across digital, event, and partnership channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets

Content Development

  • Create and localize marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, email newsletters, and presentations.
  • Translate or adapt content for Chinese-speaking audiences; Japanese and Korean localization is a plus.

Event Support

  • Assist in organizing and promoting Andaman Medical's participation in industry events.
  • Support logistics, booth coordination (if applicable), and post-event follow-up.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage updates to the company website and social media platforms.
  • Monitor engagement and suggest improvements based on performance data.

Market Coordination

  • Liaise with local partners and agencies to support market-specific initiatives.
  • Stay informed on regional trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

25 years of experience in marketing.

Strong execution skills and ability to work independently.

Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, LinkedIn) is an advantage.
