Were looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager (Social, content and campaign) to lead our social media strategy, content development and integrated marketing campaigns.
This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution and guiding a small team to produce high-impact, engaging and performance-led work.
Youll be responsible for growing and nurturing our online community, creating content that resonates with our target audiences and launching campaigns that deliver measurable results. You&aposll also play a key role in upholding our brands voice, tone and visual identity while ensuring consistency across every channel and touchpoint.
Key responsibilities:
Social, media & content:
- Lead strategy, planning and execution of content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
- Oversee the content calendar to align with campaign timelines, seasonal moments and business priorities.
- Guide the creation of high-quality and platform-specific content (videos, posts, stories, live streams and etc).
- Monitor, analyse and optimise content performance using analytics tools.
Campaign management:
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital and non-digital) from concept to execution.
- Ensure all content and campaigns reflect the brands voice, tone and visual identity consistently across channels.
- Coordinate cross-channel delivery (social, email, paid media, partnerships) to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines and deliverables to meet KPIs.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to deliver impactful activations.
Team leadership:
- Lead and mentor a small team of social media/content specialists while ensuring clear roles, expectations and growth opportunities.
- Provide constructive feedback and foster a collaborative, creative and results-focused environment.
- Align team workflows to meet campaign and content priorities effectively.
Community engagement:
- Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages and audience feedback.
- Collaborate with influencers, KOLs and partners to amplify reach.
- Explore opportunities for community-driven campaigns, contests and collaborations.
Reporting & optimisation:
- Analyse performance of content and campaigns to extract insights and inform future strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes and best practices to keep strategies competitive.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- At least 6-10 years experience in social media, content marketing and campaign management.
- Proven experience leading and developing a small creative or content team.
- Strong track record of delivering measurable growth and engagement from social and campaign initiatives.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms and basic design/video editing tools.
- Excellent writing, communication and project management skills.
- Strong sense of brand alignment, ensuring all creative and messaging stays true to the companys identity and positioning.
Preferred experiences:
- Experience with influencer/KOL marketing and community management.
- Familiarity with paid social ad buying and optimisation.
- Strong creative eye with the ability to guide visual and video content production.
