The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager, SEA (SG/MY/HK) to lead PR, influencer, and marketing initiatives across Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and requires strong cultural fluency across mature, trend-driven beauty markets.

You will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager, International teams, Sephora SEA & HK, and key local partners to elevate tarte's brand presence, drive awareness, and support commercial growth.

What You'll Do

Strategic Planning & Regional Execution

  • Develop and execute PR, influencer, and marketing strategies tailored to Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, aligned with global and regional direction.
  • Partner with International teams to plan influencer strategies across mega, macro, micro, and emerging talent.

Influencer & Media Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, KOLs, media, and agencies across SG, MY, and HK.
  • Conduct regular audits of influencer and press lists to ensure relevance and performance.

Retail & Sephora Collaboration

  • Localize global assets for SG, MY, and HK in partnership with International teams.
  • Pitch and secure priority social and marketing placements with Sephora SEA & HK.
  • Track Sephora support, analyze sales and launch performance, and collaborate with category teams to drive newness.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.

Events & Activations

  • Lead the ideation and execution of influencer and press events across SG, MY, and HK.
  • Manage suppliers, vendors, product logistics, and event timelines.

Who You Are

  • 5-7 years experience in PR, Influencer, Communications, or Brand Marketing (beauty or fashion preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong beauty and social ecosystems
  • Proven relationship builders with influencers, media, retailers, and internal stakeholders
  • Strategic yet hands-on, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple markets
  • Strong analytical skills and performance-tracking mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
