About the Role:

We are looking for a Manager Sales & Marketing to drive commercial growth and brand visibility across our KLIA portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of sales performance, airport marketing, brand execution, and stakeholder collaboration, with a strong focus on delivering world-class retail experiences in a fast-paced travel retail environment.

You will lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution across multiple concepts and brand boutiques, working closely with internal teams, brand partners, and airport authorities to maximise sales, passenger conversion, and brand impact.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Drive sales performance and PBT across assigned brands and concepts
  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing calendars, campaigns, and festive activations
  • Lead major airport-wide campaigns and seasonal initiatives
  • Manage budget planning, controls, and ROI tracking
  • Oversee visual merchandising (VM), POP execution, and in-store branding
  • Analyse flights, passenger traffic, and arrival trends to inform strategy
  • Liaise closely with airport authorities, suppliers, and brand partners
  • Execute cross-brand collaborations to enhance customer engagement
  • Support digital, social, and promotional initiatives
  • Ensure delivery of a world-class shopping ambience and positive mystery shopper results

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in any discipline
  • 35 years of management experience in luxury retail, lifestyle brands, FMCG, or a comparable environment
  • Strong background in sales, marketing, and campaign execution
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Confident communicator with a commercial and creative mindset
  • Proficient in computer and reporting tools
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, performance-driven airport retail environment
