Marketing Officer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Officer at PT. Bank Victoria International, Tbk, located in Cabang Tiga. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing social media marketing activities, and meeting sales targets. The role requires collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the bank's growth and presence in the market.

• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing principles to identify trends and opportunities
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively
• Experience in Social Media Marketing and implementing campaigns to enhance brand visibility
• Proven capability in Sales and achieving targets
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional, high-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector is a plus
