Job Description

Role: Marketing Officer

Location: Subang Jaya

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Collaborate with R&D and operations team to conceptualize and create new products or improve existing ones. This involves conducting market research, understanding consumer needs and preferences, and analyzing competitors products.
  • Campaign activation: Executing Digital and TVC communication ranging from TVC, KOL, Digital and social media, as well as on-ground activities such as POSM and event.
  • Product Launch: Implement and execute product launches, which may involve coordinating with various departments and agencies such as sales, manufacturing and supply chain to ensure a successful introduction of the product to the market.
  • Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends and consumer behaviors to identify opportunities and potential areas for product improvement or expansion.
  • Agencies/Vendor Management: Engaging with creative agencies, media agencies, external suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to ensure timely and quality implementation of ATL program from mass media to digital media and BTL programs from POSM/GWP production for ongoing campaigns.
  • Sales and Promoter team Support: Providing sales and promoter teams with the necessary product knowledge, training, and marketing materials to effectively promote and sell the products.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with various departments such as sales, media, research and development, manufacturing and supply chain to ensure seamless product development and campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • Collaboration Spirit, Positive Attitude – Hungry to win spirit - the ability to work and leverage on each party's strength.
  • Good written and oral communication – briefing agencies to sell to key stakeholders
  • Willing to learn on the job.
  • Execution excellence - good follow-up and delivering work on-time

Experience:

  • Junior marketer preferably with 1 year experience in Marketing / Business Development/ Digital Marketing / E-commerce.
  • Preferably from FMCG/ CPG industry with exposure to Brand, new product development, and Brand / Marketing Campaigns. Understanding digital brand marketing implementation is an added advantage.
  • Experience in handling Deodorants/ Fragrance/ Lotion categories, an additional advantage.
