This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Operations Executive role at K Fry, based in WP Kuala Lumpur. The role is responsible for sourcing packaging materials and marketing merchandise from local and regional suppliers, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and supporting end-to-end marketing execution.
Key responsibilities
• Monitor stock levels across packaging and merchandise SKUs, trigger replenishment orders ahead of shortfalls
• Maintain accurate inventory records and flag slow-moving or excess stock for review
• Source, compare, and purchase operational packaging and marketing merchandise from local and regional suppliers
• Obtain and evaluate quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards
• Raise purchase orders and manage end-to-end order fulfilment from placement to delivery
• Identify new suppliers and maintain a curated vendor directory
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on lead times, production timelines, and quality checks
• Build and maintain working relationships with existing suppliers to ensure reliability and preferential pricing
• Resolve fulfilment issues, delays, or quality discrepancies promptly
• Maintain organised records of invoices, receipts, and purchase orders
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand merchandise and packaging requirements for each campaign, whenever necessary
• Align procurement timelines with campaign go-live dates to ensure zero stock delays
• Communicate delivery statuses and flag risks proactively

Qualifications
• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in procurement, operations, or marketing support
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in China overseas purchasing is considered an advantage.
• Proficient in spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) for tracking and reporting
• Good communication and written skills (English and Malay). Proficient and fluent in Chinese Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Passionate in food or had experience working in a food related organisation
