Marketing Planning Executive

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment

Support the Marketing Planning Manager in annual business and marketing plans, documentation, and reporting

Assist Polymer Sales Team with reports, presentations, and sales analysis

Prepare monthly sales plans, production planning, and material allocation for domestic and export markets

Maintain and update market, plant capacity, and import/export databases

Compile, analyze, and present market intelligence through weekly and monthly reports

Gather industry and market information from web sources, subscriptions, and official bodies

Coordinate with government authorities, trade associations, and industry events

Qualification:

Degree in Business / Marketing Or Equivalent

0 - 3 years working experience in sales and marketing related environment

Fresh graduate with good communication skills may apply too.

Fluent in English & Malay Languages (writing and speaking)

Proficient in using MS Excel (Reporting)& Ms Powerpoint

Fast learner withpositive thinking on self-development,goal-oriented mindset.

Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with Production, Bagging, Warehouse, Polymer Sales, and Logistics teams to coordinate daily material allocation, production schedules, and ensure smooth delivery and shipment arrangements.
