  • Operate datadriven inapp advertising and external media campaigns (including Meta and Google comarketing) targeting Korean and Japanese sellers to accelerate growth in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. Drive performance outcomes by developing platform strategies and optimizing ad spending and efficiency by season and market.
  • Monitor endtoend performance across markets and channels based on strong performance marketing expertise. Provide datadriven insights aligned with platformlevel priorities to scale inapp ad investment, expand KOL collaboration and budgets, and optimize external media ROI.
  • Establish mid to longterm strategies for each market using contentdriven marketing solutions such as live commerce, KOL/affiliate marketing, and shortform video commerce to improve conversion rates and increase content commerce revenue contribution.
  • Lead a team of specialists in performance marketing, ecommerce marketing, and ad sales. Manage prioritization, performance evaluation, and capability development to achieve business objectives, while delivering structured, strategic reports and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee communication with internal and external stakeholders. Manage the team responsible for sellerfacing advertising consulting, ensuring alignment on team roles and responsibilities to enhance crossfunctional communication efficiency and operational consistency.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or content strategy, with regional exposure.
  • Demonstrated team management experience with leading the team members, setting KPIs, and driving high-performance teams.
  • Experience in the Beauty industry is a strong plus, but open to candidates with broader category expertise.
  • Strong capability in content solution development, including livestream, video strategy, influencer marketing, or platform-native content tools.
  • Track record of campaign planning and execution for cross-border or regional e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in performance dashboards and ROI-focused decision-making.
  • Bilingual in English and Korean to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from across the region. Japanese proficiency is a plus.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and collaborative with a builder's mindset and passion for growing markets.
  • Proven leadership capability in developing team members while driving performance and cross-team collaboration.
