Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing marketing strategies to achieve company's goals and objectives
- Develop and implement marketing activities/events covering all touch points to increase brand awareness and loyalty such as social media, events, campaigns, etc.
- Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify potential target audiences, market trends and competitors
- Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels including email and social media
- Collaborating with sales and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategies
- Managing and maintaining the company's website and marketing automation tools
- Creating and managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI
- Developing and producing marketing materials including brochures, merchandises, etc.
- Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvements
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in B2B marketing
Desired Qualification, Experience and Traits:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
- Minimum 3 years of B2B marketing experience
- Proven track record of lead generation
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Strong understanding of buyer personas
- Ability to create and execute marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze and report on marketing metrics
- Experience with and marketing automation tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales team
