Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing marketing strategies to achieve company's goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement marketing activities/events covering all touch points to increase brand awareness and loyalty such as social media, events, campaigns, etc.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify potential target audiences, market trends and competitors
  • Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels including email and social media
  • Collaborating with sales and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategies
  • Managing and maintaining the company's website and marketing automation tools
  • Creating and managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI
  • Developing and producing marketing materials including brochures, merchandises, etc.
  • Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvements
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in B2B marketing

Desired Qualification, Experience and Traits:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Proven track record of lead generation
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
  • Strong understanding of buyer personas
  • Ability to create and execute marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and report on marketing metrics
  • Experience with and marketing automation tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales team
