Role and Responsibilities
- Analyse data, insights, consumer trends and market analysis associated with best practices in the industry to build successful marketing strategies
- Manage social media accounts and plan for regular content posting
- Identify and understand the business challenges of client and create the marketing strategy and action plan based on the insightful information provided by the entire organization
- Drive and monitor the annual marketing communications plan and budget management
- Plan, execute, monitor and report on digital marketing strategies, to promote brand awareness, lead generation and ultimately push for conversions
- Analyse, evaluate and identify the website engagement performance through data/metrics provided
- Keep the management and team informed and updated constantly on the latest industry trends and knowledge relevant to business use
Additional Notes (IF ANY)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- Sound business knowledge to understand how marketing and digital drives business in a B2B/B2C context
- Strategic thinking and effective analytical skills to evaluate industry trends or issues and create appropriate solution
- Clear understanding of sales funnel, customer journey and experience
- Has an analytical mindset and critical thinking, with attention to detail
- Progressive thinker who can leverage digital marketing channels effectively to achieve growth and marketing objectives based on consumer insights and data
