Responsibilities
Content Creation & Localization
- Create high-quality, engaging financial content (articles, social media posts, market analysis summaries, and video scripts) tailored specifically for the China market.
- Translate and adapt global marketing campaigns from English to Mandarin, ensuring cultural relevance and accurate use of Forex terminology.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels while adhering to local regulatory guidelines.
Social Media & Community Management
- Manage and grow the company's presence on key Chinese social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Zhihu, and relevant trading forums).
- Monitor community engagement, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and foster a loyal trader community.
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize future campaigns.
Brand Management
- Act as the brand guardian for the China region, ensuring all visual and written assets align with the company's global brand image.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce localized creatives (banners, landing pages, brochures) that convert.
Market Research & Collaboration
- Stay updated on competitor activities and trends within the Chinese Forex market.
- Work closely with cross-functional, multi-cultural teams (Sales, Support, Compliance) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience and Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven marketing experience within the Forex (FX) or CFD online trading industry. Candidates without this specific experience will not be considered.
- Language Skills: Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin (Simplified Chinese) is strictly required.
- Content Skills: Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to
- simplify complex financial concepts for retail traders.
- English Proficiency: Good command of written and spoken English to communicate
- effective with HQ and global teams.
- Digital Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Chinese digital ecosystem (WeChat, Weibo, etc.) and user behaviours.
- Team Experience: Previous experience working within international or multi-cultural teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SEO (Baidu), or graphic design tools (Canva/Photoshop) is a plus.
