With a collaborative culture and a focus on market expansion, they are now seeking a Thai-speaking Marketing Specialist to be based in Kuala Lumpur.
Your new role
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies aligned with global objectives
- Lead product positioning, competitor analysis, and customer insights
- Manage campaigns, exhibitions, seminars, and digital marketing programs
- Support new product launches with pricing, communication, and promotional activities
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and supply chain teams for successful execution
- Provide input into business planning, forecasting, and strategic projects
- Oversee marketing budgets and track ROI of activities
- Deliver regular performance reports and presentations to management
- Travel requirements:
- Quarterly trips to Thailand
- Twice a year to Singapore
- Regular travel across Malaysia
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, or Engineering
- 5-7 years experience in marketing or business development
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to generate market insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in Thai essential
- Experience in digital marketing, stakeholder engagement, and campaign management
- Sales background (CDD preferred) to complement marketing expertise
- Team-oriented, proactive, and able to balance operational detail with strategic oversight.
