About The Role

  • Support the development and execution of strategic Marketing initiatives that is aligned with the company's strategic priorities and vision, increasing value to the company and its stakeholders.
  • Support Marketing Division with management reporting and business reviews requirements to support informed strategic business decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To prepare, coordinate and support local and group management reporting requirements for Marketing Division such as QBR and MBR reports and any ad hoc requests, and includes responding or providing any clarifications as necessary. This will involve drafting the initial reports, coordinating and follow-up with relevant stakeholders to provide the required data or information, conduct analysis or generate insights within the set timeline, reviewing the content to ensure quality and consistency, alignment to overall marketing and business strategy and meeting management's expectations.
  • To manage Power BI dashboards for Marketing Division and Squads (where aligned) to ensure the availability of timely data and insights to support timely monitoring and effective responses to sales and market conditions as well as supporting management reports. This will include leading discussions with various stakeholders such as Marketing team leads, Squad leads, Actuarial, SBP, Data Engineering and Data Insights team to align on requirements and expectation, implementation including preparing requirements, conducting UAT and other support as necessary.
  • Support the design and creation of PowerPoint presentation materials for the Chief Marketing Officer for various executive decision making, business update and new product launches. This includes developing strategic story-telling, close collaboration with Marketing team leads, distribution channels, and other stakeholders to gather inputs and align messaging cross stakeholders, and creating clear, well‑structured materials and executive-friendly insights for senior management review. Provide supporting information and clarifications as required.
  • To support in the planning and preparation of materials including presentation decks and finalization of submission for the annual strategic planning exercise for Marketing Division. This will include participating in discussions and coordination with Marketing team leads, distribution channels and other stakeholders necessary for alignment, preparation and compilation of submission materials for various stakeholders, review and provide relevant information and clarifications where required.
  • To perform other responsibilities and duties periodically or involve in ad hoc initiatives/special project as assigned by supervisor to meet business needs and/or other regulatory/compliance requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Actuarial, Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 or more years of relevant working experience, preferably in product related role of insurance industry.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess good problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Power BI knowledge is added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Advanced PowerPoint knowledge is added advantage.
