We are looking for a Marketing Technology Technical Lead with strong expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) or a comparable enterprise marketing automation platform. The role requires a strong technical background, the ability to design complex architectures, and hands‑on involvement in development and integration work.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical setup, configuration, and health of Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Work closely with business teams to translate marketing requirements into clear technical specifications, solution designs, and development tasks.
- Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, data flow maps, and integration designs.
- Guide and validate development tasks (workflows, data schemas, custom scripts, delivery templates).
- Support hands‑on coding when needed (SQL, JavaScript, XML/XTK, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Support production deployments.
- Manage data flows between ACC and external systems (SFTP, APIs..). Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Monitor platform performance, optimize workflows, manage releases, and maintain documentation and standards.
- Work with internal dev teams and external implementation partners to ensure timely, high‑quality technical delivery.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Adobe Campaign Classic or similar marketing automation tools (SFMC, Braze, etc.).
- Solid technical background with hands-on skills in:
- SQL & data modeling
- JavaScript and scripting logic
- API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- ETL/data pipelines and workflow orchestration
- Proven ability to design and explain architecture diagrams, data flows, and integration patterns.
- Experience managing the technical aspects of a marketing platform: release cycles, environment management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business, data, and technology teams.
