Role and Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content Support

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms.
  • Support the creation of marketing content including captions, posts, and basic promotional materials.
  • Monitor social media engagement and help track campaign performance.

Campaign & Marketing Activities

  • Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns including social media, email, and online promotions.
  • Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns with internal teams such as design, content, and product teams.
  • Help track campaign performance and prepare simple reports on campaign results.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze data from marketing campaigns to provide insights for improvement.

Marketing Operations Support

  • Assist with updating marketing databases and CRM systems.
  • Support localization projects for marketing materials across different regions.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales teams when required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Great interest in the finance industry
  • Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Passion for the marketing industry and marketing approaches in Europe, Latin America, and Middle East
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Mandarin are preferred, other additional language skills from Europe, Latin America, and Middle East are highly advantageous.
