Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Marketplace Manager to drive Shopee and Lazada growth for Slimfinity & LactoDay, owning GMV, ads, promotions, inventory, data analysis, and platform strategies to deliver scalable, high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Marketplace Strategy & GMV Growth

Drive overall GMV growth for Shopee and Lazada (monthly, quarterly, yearly).

Manage and optimize key performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and repeat purchase.

Lead major sales events (9.9, 11.11, Birthday Sale, Payday).

Plan and execute product launches, including pricing, promotional strategies, and resource allocation.

2.Data-Driven Operations

Analyze marketplace performance using Business Advisor, Lazada BI, and Data Studio.

Monitor ROI, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and conversion funnels to ensure effective performance.

Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts, and post-campaign reviews.

3.Advertising & Performance

Manage Shopee Ads and Lazada Sponsored Solutions campaigns.

Build and optimize advertising structures: Search Discover Retargeting.

Monitor ROAS, budget allocation, and customer acquisition costs for optimal campaign performance.

4.Store Operations

Manage product listings, SEO, titles, banners, and content optimization.

Oversee promotional submissions, store ratings, and customer service SLAs.

Coordinate with warehouses to ensure stock availability and accurate inventory planning.

5.Business Development & Platform Relations

Collaborate closely with platform BD teams to secure exposure and resource placements.

Leverage industry insights and optimize monthly brand strategies and marketplace positioning.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

38 years of hands-on experience managing Shopee and Lazada marketplaces.

Experience in health supplements, wellness products, or beauty brands is a plus.

Proficient in Shopee Ads & Lazada Ads analytics.

Advanced skills in Excel, Data Studio, Google Analytics (GA), and dashboard reporting

Proven track record in driving high-GMV growth (RM million+) is preferred.

Soft Skills:

Highly data-driven and results-oriented.

Able to independently achieve targets with minimal supervision.

Strong problem-solving skills and excellent sense of operational rhythm.
