  1. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Shopee and Lazada platforms, including monthly and quarterly advertising strategies and budget planning to maximize ROI and sales performance.
  2. Operate platform advertising tools such as Shopee Ads and Lazada Sponsored Solutions, including keyword ads, product ads, and store ads to improve product exposure, CTR, and conversion rates.
  3. Monitor and analyze daily advertising performance including ad spend, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and sales performance. Continuously optimize bidding strategies, keywords, and campaign structure.
  4. Prepare regular performance reports by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and high-converting products.
  5. Collaborate closely with operations and design teams to optimize product listings, ad creatives, banners, videos, and campaign materials to improve advertising effectiveness.
  6. Support major promotional campaigns such as 9.9, 11.11, and 12.12 by planning and executing high-impact advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  7. Stay updated on platform advertising policies, algorithm changes, and market trends to continuously improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.

Qualification Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree or above in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Shopee and/or Lazada paid advertising campaigns.
  3. Strong understanding of e-commerce advertising strategies, platform algorithms, and Thailand market consumer behavior.
  4. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.).
  5. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
  6. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced e-commerce environment with good communication and teamwork skills.
  7. Experience with third-party e-commerce analytics tools such as Nox or MightyAmp will be an added advantage.
