Role Description

We're hiring a Martech Manager to own our revenue systems end-to-end, from lead capture and qualification to routing, lifecycle automation, and reporting.

You'll design and run the workflows that connect our tools (HubSpot + enrichment/AI + automation) so leads are clean, prioritized correctly, routed fast, and measurable.

The right candidate is systems-first, data-driven, and opinionated about tradeoffs (speed vs accuracy, automation vs risk, scale vs deliverability). You can build, debug, and document workflows, and you can explain them clearly to Marketing and Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack for scalable campaign execution
  • Build and maintain marketing automation workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across platforms to support reliable reporting
  • Develop dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights on marketing and funnel performance
  • Collaborate with Marketing, and Sales to align tools, workflows, and business goals
  • Drive adoption of MarTech tools through training, support, and best practice sharing
  • Evaluate and implement new tools or integrations to enhance marketing effectiveness
  • Lead MarTech-related projects with strong cross-functional coordination and execution
  • Manage enrichment + routing systems (e.g., Clay-style workflows), including validation, deduping, and cost/credit efficiency
  • Document systems, propose improvements, and run structured experiments (A/B tests with clear success criteria)
  • Build and maintain AI-assisted martech workflows (e.g., enrichment, qualification, routing, segmentation) with clear QA and fallback logic.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Martech / Growth Ops / Marketing Ops / RevOps (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and a solid understanding of marketing analytics
  • Experience designing automation across tools (workflows + Zapier/Make/webhooks)
  • Comfortable with integrations (Zapier/Make, APIs/webhooks, spreadsheets/SQL basics)
  • Clear communicator who can explain systems + tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience using AI-enabled MarTech tools (e.g., Clay) to speed up enrichment, routing, qualification, and reporting workflows.
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM and workflow design for lead lifecycle + routing.
