We are looking for an experienced Master Data Management Supervisor who can further strengthen and lead the MDM team in APAC to ensure that we can deliver across our objectives and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the team of master data management junior and specialists
- Aligning MDM strategy with peers (supervisors for other regions)
- Preparing instructions for local offices and educating local offices on how to maintain data
- Monitoring trends in customer information to determine if changes are needed
- Monitoring data quality to ensure that information is up to date and accurate and ensuring that all records are stored in a secure location to prevent unauthorized access
- Providing training on data management best practices to employees who use the system
- Developing reports that identify patterns in data to help organizations make decisions about current operations
- Using MDM suite of tools to design, develop, optimize and support MDM for various domains and ensure that Master Data Management key performance indicators (KPIs) are attained
- Working closely with functional and technical teams in developing and enforcing Master Data Design
About you
Ideally, you meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in a Shared Service environment)
- University/College Degree, preferably in IT-related studies
- Good command of English (both verbal and written)
- Experience with process documentation will be an asset
- Knowledge of MS Access is preferable, but not mandatory
