Master Data PMO

Responsibilities

• Lead POS & SFS Master Data deployment across 5 ASEAN markets in line with client project deployment phases
• Ensure delivery of As-Is assessment, data migration, testing, training and change activities in each market
• Act as a relay between the Global Product Owner and Local PMOs: consolidate market progress & escalate issues
• Ensure integration of Master Data within ecosystem across applications & reporting
• Support markets in understanding Master data POS & SFS its business usage
• Consolidate and report progress, and risk from each market to the Global team
• Support Local PMOs in executing deployment activities
• Orchestrate key project routines (kick-offs, zone/local weekly meetings, steering committees)
• Conduct for each market (as-is) assessment of business processes, data sources and application landscape
• Drive adoption of the global solution while escalating critical local business deviations
• Ensure correct integration of Master Data within applications ecosystem and reporting tool
• Support markets in test preparation (E2E, UAT), scenario definition, test execution and defect follow-up
• Coordinate data migration activities by clarifying template requirements ensuring high-quality master Data
• Deliver training for Local PMOs, SMEs and key users (MDM Tibco EBX, Qtest testing tool)
• Enable markets to understand POS & SFS Master Data and its business usage
• Drive market understanding and adoption of the Target Operating Model

Profile

• Experience in deployment / transformation projects
• Understanding of business processes, data flows & application ecosystems
• Aptitude for information systems tools and knowledge of Master Data management in Tibco EBX (a plus)
• Hands-on data understanding or ability to quickly upskill on Master Data
• Able to conduct multi-market & multi-division projects
• Fluent in English
• Strong coordination & stakeholder management
• Excellent communication & ability to simplify complex topics
• Structured and organized, able to coordinate multiple market projects
