- Maintain and update master data records across SAP systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather, validate, and input data in line with company policies.
- Support the accounting and finance department by resolving master data-related queries and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures.
- Monitor data quality and perform regular audits to identify and correct errors.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to master data management activities.
- Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and process improvements involving master data.
- Communicate effectively with Korean-speaking stakeholders to address master data requirements.
Profile
A Successful Master Data Specialist (Korean Speaker) Should Have
- Diploma/Degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Fluent in Korean (speak, read, and write preferred); TOPIK Level 4 or above preferred.
- SAP experience is required; Salesforce knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing data records.
- Experience in master data management or related accounting and finance processes.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
- Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using relevant accounting or ERP systems.
