Local plant Key User for Sequencing Processes and IT Systems (SAP P20).
Adaptation and continuous improvement of sequencing process to fulfill the plant needs.
Steers and coaches the local implementation in the plant, consults in case of problem solving and coordinates the enhancement of the related systems and processes with the regional and central organizations.
First level support in case of system related problems and questions.
Ensures customer demands are covered by building up an appropriate master plan that fulfills plant production volume targets.
Ensure that given rules, guidelines and targets by the Sequencing Manager are adhered to.
The master planner is responsible for monitoring sequencing KPIs / ETO & SOP plan / daily ticket and taking corrective actions.
Interfacing production sequencing with plant operations.
Implementing, maintaining and enhancing the Conti standard Planning/Sequencing/Scheduling tool and process as plants business key user.
Coordinates and addresses plants requirements (PICR) with Central Key User and the Competence Center Manufacturing (IT).
First level support and coordinating problem solving.
Evaluate effectiveness of implemented systems/tools.
Regular monitoring the system status for all production steps.
Initiate corrective actions in the direction of training/coaching of end user or system adaptation.
Regular reporting of current status.
Responsible for training of the standard processes and usage of SAP PP system according to the train the trainer concept.
Support with end user competency assessment.
Your profile
Bachelor degree in logistics, manufacturing, industrial engineering, process engineering or similar
SAP PP / SAP APO PP/DS knowledge
Technical background
3+ years work experience in a manufacturing process related field
Project management experience, leading at least two successfully completed projects with an international environment
Leading and coaching of business process changes over a period of at least 2 years
Networking and international skills, experience
