Material Coordinator

Minimum Requirement / Qualification / Experience

Material Coordinator (office based)

• Possess a diploma in related discipline (i.e.: Supply Chain, Logistic)
• Minimum five (5) years experience as Material Coordinator with knowledge in warehouse procedure and process (i.e.: receiving, storage, dispatch, yard operation, etc.).
• Good in English (writing and verbal).
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Possess basic computer skills (MS Office or equivalent).
• Knowledge in SAP and/or SAP SMARTGEP system.

Material Coordinator (onshore based)

• Possess a diploma in related discipline (i.e.: Supply Chain, Logistic)
• Minimum five (5) years experience as Material Coordinator with knowledge in warehouse procedure and process (i.e.: receiving, storage, dispatch, yard operation, etc.).
• Good in English (writing and verbal).
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Possess basic computer skills (MS Office or equivalent).
• Knowledge in SAP and/or SAP SMARTGEP system.

Material Coordinator (offshorebased)

• Possess a diploma in related discipline (i.e.: Supply Chain, Logistic)
• Minimum five (5) years experience as Material Coordinator with knowledge in warehouse procedure and process (i.e.: receiving, storage, dispatch,yard operation, etc.).
• Possess valid BOSIET certification and Fitness To Work (from MPM Authorized Medical Examiner)
• Possess H2S Training and certification
• Possess PCSB Permit To Work (PTW) Level 3 certification (if required)
• Good in English (writing and verbal).
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Possess basic computer skills (MS Office or equivalent).
• Knowledge in SAP and/or SAP SMARTGEP system.
