Responsibilities:
- To perform MRP for Raw & packaging materials to ensure supplies of materials are done on time and no downtime in production due to shortages or delays in supplies.
- To do call off Raw & Packaging materials, production consumables and to control incoming materials to breweries.
- To strategize and develop suppliers to be in line with HMB supply strategy to optimize inventory management.
- To monitor Supplier performance and follow-up on Corrective Actions for supplier that is not meeting HMB requirements.
- To coordinate and ensure accuracy in changing of Bill of material and material Master Data in MRP file/system.
- To perform BCS and Write-off, Provisions and monthly data compilation for financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Management / Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Food Technology)
- Minimum 5 years experience in people management skill & possesses material management experience
- Preferably experience in one or more of following areas:
1) works in Production Environment
2) Procurement or Material Management
3) Distribution and Planning activities
- Project Management experience and added advantage (if done projects in Supply Chain functions)
- Technical skills in:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft excel and power point is must
- SAP and FuturMaster knowledge is advantage
- Proficient in written and spoken English
