About the role:
This role based in ITEC-MY plant by ensuring material readiness for semiconductor backend equipment: die bonders and testers. As part of SCM team, you will plan, track, and coordinate materials across in-house operations, suppliers, integrators and our engineer team to enable smooth machine build for order fulfillment
What You Will Do
- Plan, forecast, and execute material requirements based on Sales & Operation Plan
- Manage endtoend material supply, including demand planning, purchase requisitioning, followup with suppliers and monitoring of delivery status.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, development and suppliers to align on BOM changes, lead times, and delivery schedule.
- Track and mitigate shortages, identify supply risks proactively, and drive resolution with suppliers and crossfunctional teams.
- Maintain accurate master data and support ERP parameter optimization.
- Support setup of local material planning processes, best practices, and reporting standards for the Malaysia plant.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in material planning or production planning, preferably in semiconductor equipment, highmix/lowvolume machinery, or precision assembly environments.
- Strong understanding of BOM management, MRP/ERP systems, and supply planning principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across regions and functions.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong ownership and urgency in driving result.
