As a Materials Management Analyst II here at Honeywell, you will support the global supply chain network, manage information on capacity, and improve supply chain planning & execution. You will balance supply and demand and ensure executable schedules

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including supply chain, inventory, and manufacturing, to ensure a smooth flow of materials and goods.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and adjust production schedules as necessary to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey production goals and fulfillment timelines.
  • Utilize planning software to forecast production capabilities and requirements.
  • Key focal person managing RMA activities across the factory.
  • Collaborate and work closely with Aerospace IDO sites.

Responsibilities

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute educational requirements.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and capability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management principles.
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities in a dynamic environment.
