1. Project Objective
To provide specialized technical services for the continuous optimization of the IBM Maximo platform to align with business asset management goals.
2. Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- Build and maintain interfaces via theMaximo Integration Framework (MIF)using REST APIs, SOAP, Kafka, or MIF supported integration technology.
- Develop and maintainautomation scriptsto automate business processes.
- Configure workflows, escalations, and cron tasks.
- Develop custom reporting and dashboards using BIRT, or the MAS dashboard wizard.
3. Deliverables
- Detailed specifications for all customizations and integrations.
- Maintain a dedicated Git repo for all customizations.
- A fully tested and validated Maximo environment (Dev, Test, Prod).
- Technical manuals for administrators.
- Documented resolution of L2/L3 technical incidents and system defects.
4. Required Technical Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Maximo technical experience.
- Proficiency in MAS 9 (SaaS Tenant), SQL, Java, and Python.
5. Service Level Expectations
- Adherence to established Change Management procedures for all production updates.
