Job Overview
Arcondis is seeking an experienced Maximo Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑scale IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) solutions. This role combines technical leadership with strong client engagement, focusing on translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high‑performance Maximo architectures.
You will act as the architectural authority across the project lifecycle, working closely with clients and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives, enterprise standards, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) across on‑premise, SaaS, and hybrid environments.
- Translate business and operational needs into robust end‑to‑end solution designs and architectural roadmaps.
- Act as the primary technical contact during design phases, leading workshops and architecture discussions with stakeholders.
- Design and oversee integrations using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST/SOAP APIs, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Provide technical governance and oversight across delivery teams, ensuring quality, security, and performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and advise clients on Maximo capabilities and digital transformation opportunities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Maximo Architect on enterprise implementations.
- Strong hands‑on expertise with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) and modules including Manage, Monitor, Health, Mobile, and Predict.
- Deep understanding of Maximo Integration Framework, APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Experience with Maximo Automation Scripts (Python and/or JavaScript).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
- Consulting experience and the ability to work effectively in complex, regulated, or multi‑stakeholder environments is highly desirable
