This role will play a key role in driving the efficiency and reliability of the Back Office (BO) system while providing critical support to sales operations. This position is responsible for system enhancement, maintenance, and user capability development, as well as ensuring seamless coordination across sales documentation, pricing, and payment processes. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of managing cross-functional collaboration and delivering operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
System Management & Enhancement
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and enhancement of the BO system to optimize performance and user experience.
- Oversee regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure operational stability.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for SMC and MCM users to build system competency and standardize processes.
- Investigate and resolve RS cancellation issues, ensuring timely action and accurate reporting.
- Manage and follow up on Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback related to system performance and service quality.
Sales Operations & Support
- Prepare, review, and manage sales quotations, pro-forma invoices, and order documentation to support sales execution.
- Coordinate payment link setup and provide necessary support to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Maintain and update price cards, including promotional pricing, product listings, and discount structures.
- Provide timely and accurate sales generation data, insights, and reports to support business planning and decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in system management, sales operations, or process improvement.
- Strong technical proficiency with systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
