POSITION SUMMARY:
This position supports overall operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, following up repairs and optimizing all facilities on kitchen equipment but not limited to plumbing, procedures safety and protection systems in a safe and orderly manner.
The aim is to keep the kitchen equipment in good condition. This position also creates value for operations by performing preventive and corrective maintenance that leads to increased uptime and reliability thus helping the restaurant meet their production and quality goals.
