Qualifications

QUALIFICACIN:

Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate.
Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, CCTV, IT and other systems.
Able to work independently and in a team with responsibility
SKM 2 and above, Certificate in electrical, building maintenance or related fields or SPM and equivalent
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY:

This position supports the overall operation by maintaining, troubleshooting, following up on repairs and optimizing all facilities on kitchen equipment but not limited to plumbing, safety procedures and protection systems in a safe and orderly manner.

The goal is to maintain kitchen equipment in good condition. This position also creates value for the operation by performing preventive and corrective maintenance that leads to increased uptime and reliability, thus helping the restaurant meet their production and quality goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES::

Perform restaurant Planned Maintenance Tasks as assigned.
Inspect equipment and operating systems and correct as necessary.
Ensure mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintained at a high quality.
Perform preventive maintenance at all times/scheduled times.
Perform daily, weekly and monthly cleaning of kitchen equipment.
Adhere to company safety guidelines and procedures.
Ensure repairs and perform preventive maintenance according to established standards.
Able to use hand tools such as screwdrivers, cutters, etc. effectively.
Able to report faults and follow-up work.
Perform refrigeration system maintenance (cleaning condensers, changing filters, etc.)
Maintain Low Maintenance & Repair costs in restaurants and ensuring all equipment is working at all times.
